    So I was in the area running some errands and needed a quick bite to eat. I saw that there was no line at Jack in Box, and therefore, I decided to stop by. I ordered the fish sandwich promotional special that's currently going on. Honestly whenever I deal with a fast food establishment, I do not expect much. However, during this visit, I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Jose C. He was so amazing in every sense of the word. From his kind demeaner to his excellent customer service skills, I was just really blown away. He greeted me with a smile, made eye contact, and was groomed appropriately.

    Additionally, my food tasted amazing! The fries were so fresh and hot that I literally burned my tongue. I almost forgot to mention that the fish sandwich was delicious. I added onions and pickles to mines to give it that extra "mmph" and it was very warm and flavorful.

    All in all, I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the wonderful customer service that I received here at this Jack in Box from Jose C. and would recommend anyone that is in the area and needs a quick bite to eat to visit this location.

    They are literally always out of stuff! They seems to close down at 11 even though it says 24 hours. This place should legit be shut down! Worst Jack In The Box ever.

    They gave me curly fries that looked like it was soaked in oil after it was cooked. Never going back.

    This location is not 24 hours!!!!  Signs says it is, but I pulled up @350am, very hungry. Lights were on but was I was told they were closed when I tried to order. I wonder if their management knows they turn away customers when they don't want to work at 3am???Won't ever go here again!!

    I ordered a sourdough jack and apparently they were out of bread and gave me sandwich bread on my burger. They were out of drinks only had Powerade Zero. When we initially approached the speaker to order through the drive thru we were told they were out of burgers (what?). Don't go here.
